Office Administrator

The Scotch Whisky Experience is looking for a highly efficient, well-organised Office Administrator to work 36.25 hours a week.  (Starting salary £15,000 per annum)

Essential attributes:
• Experience of working in a busy office environment.
• Excellent organisational skills.  
• Excellent IT skills.
• Excellent communication skills.  
• A friendly and approachable manner. 
• Flexible and a team player.
• Excellent grasp of the English language – both written & spoken.
• Trustworthy and sensitive with confidential information.

JOB ELEMENTS
• To deal with all tour bookings & enquiries.
• To deal with onsite Whisky tasting bookings & enquiries.
• To deal with all general office administration.
• To deal with basic recruitment administration.
• To answer incoming telephone calls & general enquiries & redirect calls to the relevant person.
• To direct all general email enquiries to the most appropriate individual.
• To assist Managers, when required, with basic administration.
